WEMA is an immersion program that equips graduates with 21st Century employability skills that are needed by employers. This program is carefully designed with both the graduate and employer in mind, ensuring that a well-rounded workforce is developed that meets the ever-changing demands of today’s workplace.

The program is hands-on, including: technology, writing, presentation, communication, critical thinking, creativity, innovation, entrepreneurial-thinking, problem solving, and team-work among many other employability skills.

The program instructors are mentors and successful professionals in various related field.
