1. Job Preparation and Interviews
Personalized Career Guidance We start by equipping you with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in job interviews, ensuring you can confidently showcase your skills and qualifications.
Pre-Interview Coaching Shortly after your preparation, you’ll participate in a pre-interview conducted in English, designed to assess your readiness for the next step.
2. Secure Your Employment Contract
Conditional Employment Offer Once you pass the pre-interview, you'll receive an employment contract from a German healthcare employer, conditional on achieving a B1 level in German within 12 months.
Document Submission You'll need to provide your CV, a health certificate, and a certificate of good conduct from your home country to proceed.
3. Language Training and Mentorship
Sponsored Language Courses We offer language training in your home country, from A1 to B1 level, at no cost to you. This essential training ensures you’re ready for life and work in Germany
Ongoing Support In addition to language courses, we provide access to mentoring programs, language cafes, and additional skills training to fully prepare you for your new role
4. Exam Preparation and Certification
B1 German Language Exam Over the course of 6-9 months, you’ll prepare for and take the B1 exam, a crucial milestone in your journey. Passing this exam will unlock the next steps in your career path.
5. Travel and Accommodation Arrangements
Seamless Travel Planning We assist you with all the logistics of relocating to Germany, including travel arrangements and visa support.
Initial Accommodation Support Upon arrival in Germany, we provide temporary accommodation to help you settle in before transitioning to permanent housing.
6. Start Your Ausbildung or Caregiving Role

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Completion of secondary education with a minimum grade equivalent to C
Age Range: Candidates between 18 and 35 years old
Health & Conduct: Valid certificates for physical and mental fitness, and good conduct
Fees and Services
While the "Employer Pays All" model covers your language training and other placement-related costs, WEMA provides additional comprehensive support services, covered by:
• Administrative Fee: €250 (One-time fee for processing your application and opening your file)
• Career Guidance and Support Fee: €850 (This covers personalized coaching, interview preparation, and ongoing mentoring until your successful placement in Germany)
These fees ensure that you receive full support throughout your journey, from initial recruitment to settling into your new career in Germany.
Alternative Pathways for Non-Qualified Candidates
If you do not meet the specific criteria for the primary program, WEMA offers alternative opportunities. We will work with you to explore other suitable career paths within the German healthcare system. The Career Guidance and Support Fee of €850 applies to this service.
